Curing the Incurables

As you likely know from my previous posts, Applied Kinesiology and accessing cellular memory can help to determine the root cause of most illnesses, including cancer, and can often provide the natural remedy.  Important to note that most cancers are the result of nutritional deficiencies, environmental toxins, emotional and mental stress, viruses, and yes, chronic inflammation.  The following guest post is not about curing "incurable" cancers--that is a whole other topic--but know that it can be done, it is being done and you can do it. However, in my mind, most illnesses contribute to further illness, be it the illness itself or the chemical remedy. As you may remember from my previous post, Cellular Memory and Your Health, I suffered from debilitating pain in my hands; the inflammation was likely a precursor to my cancer.  I have Mike Carey to thank for fixing what stumped conventional medical doctors. So, with great pleasure, I share this guest post-- heal well; be well.

Always consult with your healthcare provider regarding a medical condition or any treatments.
I have been active in Alternative Health for the past 34 years.  The last 17 years have involved the practice of Applied Kinesiology and the tapping into cellular memory to determine both the cause of most illnesses as well as the natural remedy.  This has successfully led to the development of all-natural cures for diseases that we are told are incurable.  We have been brainwashed to believe that if we are suffering from things like Herpes, Shingles, Fibromyalgia , Lyme’s Disease, Chronic Fatigue, or Hepatitis C,  that we will just have to learn to live with it because it is incurable.  Nothing could be farther from the truth.
John had suffered with genital herpes for most of his adult life.  It was not only embarrassing, but also very limiting.  It seemed that every time he was under a little stress, lesions would appear, and it would take a week or more for them to subside.  He was referred to me by a friend, but had doubts that anything could be done to free him from this plague.   I tested him over the phone, which is how I test most of my clients, and was able to develop a natural protocol that would kill the virus once and for all.   In 5-7 days, he was virus free and a very happy man.  Since that time, I have used the same protocol to cure dozens of people of this very same malady.  In addition, a slight modification of this protocol made it possible to take the pain away from Shingles and to cure it in the same amount of time.
It is reported that more than 300,000 people in the U.S. suffer from tick-born Lyme’s disease, and many more have it but are not aware of what is causing their debilitating condition.  By testing people that are suffering with it, I have been able to come up with another all-natural protocol to eliminate it.  It is usually gone in 1-2 weeks, and is proven by follow-up medical tests.  I recently helped a husband and wife who both suffered with it, not knowing what was really causing all of their symptoms.  Now, they are enjoying good health and are very happy.
My own daughter suffered with Chronic Fatigue for 8 years.  No Doctor, Chiropractor, Naturopath, or Health Practitioner could find the cause or remedy. It was then that I learned about cellular memory and a way to tap into it to determine the cause and remedy for a disease.  I discovered two causes and was able to fix both of them in two days, restoring her energy after 8 long years without any.  Since that time, I have helped close to a hundred people recover from this, so called, incurable disease.
And then there is Hepatitis C.  Is it really incurable as so many have been led to believe?  The answer is a resounding “NO”!  Just ask Victor from New York, who suffered with it for over 30 years until I put him on regimen to cure it.  Medical tests revealed that it was totally gone in less than a month.  There were modifications that had to be made, but that is part of my learning curve, and I seem to learn something from every client.
Fibromyalgia is a little different story.  It is epidemic in the U.S. and in other countries around the world.   Medical science has not been able to cure it because their only option available is to treat the symptoms with drugs.  The cause is never dealt with, nor is it known by most doctors.  I suffered the pain of fibromyalgia for years.  At one point, I could hardly drive my car because the pain in my legs and hips was so bad.  When I finally discovered the cause and the natural remedy, it still took many weeks to recover.  That was over 15 years ago.  Now, I am able to help others recover from this very painful illness.
I firmly believe that all diseases have a natural remedy unless there is permanent damage.  While I have discovered cures for some of the diseases, there are still other cures that need to be found.  Because the body stores memory at the cellular level and knows what is causing health problems and what will fix them, tapping into this memory is a very valuable tool.  It also seems impossible that someone could be tested over the phone.  However, when you come to realize that everything in the universe works by electricity and frequencies, then we begin to understand.  Both your body and the telephone work the same way, making this unique form of testing possible.  The successes of the past 17 years have proven the validity of this method.
If you have questions, comments, or would like to be tested, I can be reached at Silverwood08@gmail.com   God Bless!  Mike Carey

Caprese Salad with a Twist Against Cancer

Before we leave summer and it’s bounty of fragrant fresh herbs and produce, I thought I would share an idea with you.  A platter of tomato-mozzarella-basil is beautiful, healthy and delicious. Tomatoes are a powerful anti-cancer fruit, particularly due the synergistic effects of lycopene, beta-carotene, vitamin C, phenols and other nutrients and antioxidants in the tomato working together to offer cancer protection. Basil has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It contains flavonoids that help shield cell structures from radiation and oxidative damage, and may protect liver cells. Both fresh basil and basil oil have strong antibacterial capabilities, so by adding the herb or oil to your salad, you can help ensure your vegetables are safe to eat. But while basil offers much it is not the only herb in town. Consider this take on the salad and reap the benefit of a combination of tasty cancer-fighting herbs.

                 Caprese Salad with a Twist

Slice tomatoes and cheese; if you prefer, you can use sliced red or sweet onion, grilled eggplant or zucchini instead of the cheese. Layer/fan them on a platter.

Chop herbs (I use basil, parsley, cilantro and one or two sage leaves, but any combination of herbs that you have and enjoy will be fine). You will need 1-2 cups chopped.

Note: I especially recommend including parsley in this dish, as I think that should be included in our daily diet.  Tumor cells depend on blood vessels to supply the nutrients necessary for the tumors to grown and multiply.  The apigenin in parsley blocks the formation of new blood vessels and therefore may delay or stop the development of tumors and will reduce the number of tumors in our body.

Stir in olive oil, sea salt and ground pepper to taste. You should have enough oil to mix with the herbs and allow for a slight drizzle over the cheese; spoon over tomatoes and cheese.

Variation:  add a splash of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.

Note: the herb mixture can be used on grilled meats, fish, chicken or vegetables.

For more delicious ways to enjoy parsley and other cancer-fighting herbs, consider a few other tasty salads.

For my recipe for bulgur tabouleh, click here.
For my recipe for red beet and cabbage salad loaded with fresh herbs, click here.

Remember, everything we put in our body either contributes to health or disease.  Healthy food can be incredibly delicious if prepared to please the eyes and taste buds, so try out some new recipes and enjoy what life has to offer.  And while you are enjoying the bounty, you just might thwart cancer.

Omega 3’s—Part of the Solution or Part of the Problem?

It seems in the past few years it is all the rage to load up on Omega 3’s, especially in the form of fish and krill oils.  I know I’ve done it. Our doctors recommend it; we read about it in health magazines and on the news.  Could we be misinformed?  Is it possible that finance is masquerading as science?  Professor Brian Peskin was guest on my radio show, Survive and Live Well.  He used that phase during the show, and I thought wow, he has a good point. I often wonder how many “miracle” solutions are based not on science, but yet are embraced by the community and before long, are accepted without question until well, someone comes along with the science to unveil the truth.  Well Peskin has done just that.

Conquering Cancer with Parent Essential Oils is an article I wrote after the show that sums up the discussion, but you can replay our conversation here as it wasn't possible to include the detail and passion.

"Fish oil (and krill oil) does not work in clinical practice (despite most everyone saying they do).  Sometimes, ingrained beliefs, even those without scientific foundation, are hard to change. As has occurred with many other nutritional supplements once in the limelight, there is little, if any, scientific validity to fish oil and krill oil’s miraculous claims. It is simply another case of “finance masquerading as science”— in this case, developing new markets for fish — and of medicine’s long history of mistakes and wrong recommendations. Making money is fine when you truly help people, but not when you harm them, even unknowingly. Results consisting of mere “associations,” and “studies“ conducted without valid experiments in which only one variable is changed at a time are meaningless. That’s why the recommendations from most “studies” are later reversed and withdrawn, which leaves the lay public confused." Professor Brian Peskin http://brianpeskin.com/BP.com/about/PeskinPrimer.pdf

That said, we all know that sometimes we don’t have the trials and science to prove that something is good for us.  Broccoli is a prime example and the list is exhaustive.  Until someone can profit off the sales, there is not money for research and trials.  Of course, even with foods such as broccoli, finance does jump in as we can now buy broccoli supplements.  And then of course, we often have Big Pharma wanting a piece of it and as they try to patent food or take over the supplement companies. Sometimes we have to use common sense; if something is good for you and could be anticancer and isn’t harmful in anyway, I say go for it.  But alas, I digress.

Omegas are important--and no one is disputing that.  However, since the days of The Omega 3 Connection, a great book, we have known that while omegas are indeed important, we still need balance; balance is the key to life and longevity.

So eat your organic cheese, cream and eggs.  Enjoy some grass-fed meat.  Eat some healthy omega 3’s such as hemp seed.  Enjoy your walnuts and avocados.  Change your oil.  Remember to avoid margarine, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated fats, processed and fried foods and again, the GMO oils—soy, canola and corn.  Rethink your use of fish oils.  But most of all, eat with enjoyment and eat what feels right to you.  There is nothing more detrimental to your health than being asked to do something that doesn’t feel right to you—nothing good can come of that.
In this country it is illegal to cure cancer.  Doctors must follow the standard of care and hope to manage cancer as long as they can before the treatment kills the patient.  Sure, many people do survive their cancer, but many of those will suffer from the treatment.  We owe it to ourselves to be open-minded to therapies aimed at curing cancer—and we must use our instinct and our gut. Peskin's book, The Hidden Story of Cancer, amazed physicians worldwide when they implemented his protocol.
Cancer is complex and is not just the result of just one error.  Do we need to “change the oil”?  Likely we do; but we also need to create an overall anti-cancer environment within and outside the body.  Everything we eat, drink, use and breathe contributes either to our wellness or sickness.  Remember too, that many protocols are restrictive and cannot be combined.  It is usually best to work with a doctor to be sure that the protocol you have chosen is right for you.  While information is the key to knowledge and making informed choices, sometimes it can be conflicting and put us in overload.  If you need help finding the best diet or treatment for you, a qualified cancer coach can provide information, options and guidance.

The information shared here is for educational purposes only and it is not intended to replace the physician–patient relationship. If you are sick, you are advised to consult your physician.

Professor Brian Peskin, BSEE, MIT, is the world’s leading scientist specializing in physiologic parent EFAs— termed PEOs—and their direct relationship to the prevention and treatment of both cancer and cardiovascular disease.  Peskin’s discoveries, grounded strictly in state-of-the-art science—in particular, physiology— can be found in his seminal work The Hidden Story of Cancer, and soon to be released PEO Solution with Dr. Robert Rowen, MD, peer-reviewed and complementary/integrative medical journal articles, and his clinical (in vivo) oncology PEO pre-treatment experiment in mice. The seminal I.O.W.A. Study (Investing Oils With respect to Arterial health) conclusively showed PEOs are markedly superior to fish oil supplementation.

Cellular Memory and Your Health

What is Cellular Memory? Cellular memory is a library storehouse of everything that has ever happened to you in your life. Applied kinesiology muscle testing is a technique discovered and used thousands of years ago by Native American Indians. It allows healers to tap in and discover anything about ourselves, on a physical, emotional or energetic level, or to tap into the subconscious mind right down to a cellular level. Cellular memory and the electricity of the body can be used to determine the cause and the natural remedy for many chronic diseases.

Asking the body questions is a way of accessing that memory.  It can be done verbally, or by just thinking the question, because thoughts are a frequency as well as voice, and frequencies travel through the air or over the phone line.  The body responds to the frequency of the question and it also responds to the frequency of the products used to correct the health problem.

A healer can also test everything that people are taking to determine if it is good for them, or if their body really needs it.  People have a tendency to go to the health food store and use the shotgun approach.  They think that if they take enough things, they will eventually get something that their body needs or that will fix their problems.  What they don't realize is that if you put something into your body that it doesn't want or need, it has a negative impact (even though it may be a good product) because the body has to determine what to do with it, and it takes positive energy away from the body. (Thank you Mike Carey).

If a healer can tell me what is out of balance or “sick” in my body, and he can tell me the foods and supplements that can help or hurt me, then I might be able to correct the deficiencies in my body that contribute to ill health and cancer.

I decided to try this out. I was introduced to Mike Carey. Mike has been active in alternative health for 34 years and learned how to do muscle testing (applied kinesiology), initially using the acupuncture points on the body, a system that was developed by a Dr. Versendahl.

Mike told me that I had heavy metal toxicity (specifically mercury, aluminum and fluoride),  told me the remedy, and also explained why my previous efforts to test for and remove these metals failed.  I was also surprised to learn that while I am not overly exposed to these toxins now, likely they have been lurking within for most of my life.  I am also told this was a major contributor to my cancer. He told me that the “carpel” or “arthritis” I suffer from in my left hand is actually pain coming from my left ankle, something a chiropractor or physical therapist can correct, and also told me of a tincture or tea that will help with the occipital bone that needs some work to correct this problem.  A two-fold problem, I am told, but as I am eager to remove the inflammation, I soak up the explanation. We talked about positive energy; and no, this is not the same thing as “being positive”.  He explained to me how to correct the energy deficiencies.

I am excited as I know that if you do not address the causes of illness, you cannot hope for a cure, only bandaids for continued sickness or recurrence. I will be working on these issues with Mike and he will be guest on my show in the fall when we discuss the details and my progress.  I will also be posting some of my interim progress on Facebook.

In the meantime, the following is a guest post by Mike Carey.

I have done nutritional consulting and muscle testing for over 30 years. For the past 17 years, I have used cellular memory and the electricity of the body to determine the cause and the natural remedy for many illnesses including Diabetes, Eczema, Herpes, Hepatitis C,
Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Parkinson's, and many others.

My youngest daughter had chronic fatigue from the age of 8 until she was 16.  She had no energy to do the normal things that children do.  I had her to many doctors, naturopaths, and other health professionals and no one could find the cause or the remedy.  It was then that I learned about cellular memory and the way to tap into it.  Medical science had determined, through doing transplants, that the memory passes at the cellular level, and that every cell in your body knows everything that has ever happened to you in your life.  People getting a new organ would often find themselves craving the same food, or even loving the same person as the one they got the organ from.  I found out that you can tap into that memory by asking the body questions that can be answered "yes" or "no", and the body will respond electrically which can then be understood through muscle testing.  I immediately tried this with my daughter, and discovered two problems that were the cause of her chronic fatigue. I was able to fix both problems, and in two days all of her energy came back ~after 8 years.  That made me a believer in this method and I have been using it very successfully since that time.

As to how it works, it is a mystery.  I believe that it has to do with a science of communication that we don't yet understand or haven't yet discovered.  I think it probably involves particle physics and quantum mechanics, but I just don't know.  I do know that it works, and is extremely accurate.  Testing over the phone is another mystery, however, the phone works on electronics, and it is all based on frequencies, so I can partially understand that.  Frequencies travel through the air, or we wouldn't have radio or TV.  It is the same principle.  I do know that it is not spiritual because I am a licensed Christian pastor and wouldn't do anything that was not of God.  In addition, I use it to heal people, and the enemy isn't in that business.

I have a check list that I go through with each person.  The list covers nearly everything in the body, including structure and emotions.  When I find a problem, I want to know how bad it is, on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the least and 10 being the worst.  I also check the overall immune system to see how hard it is working.  With these two numbers, I have a way to check and double check if a particular remedy will work or not.  The nice thing about this is that I don't have to guess about anything.  The body tells me exactly what the problem is and what natural remedy will fix it.  I just have to ask the right questions.  Over the past 17 years, I have cured people of most of the common maladies that we are facing in our world, including Cancer, Diabetes, Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Eczema, Herpes, Shingles, Hepatitis C and more.  I do this by finding and eliminating the cause of the problem, not just treating the symptoms as we are accustomed to.

I even cured a man of blindness.  He had been blind for 3 months with macular degeneration.  I tested him over the phone, found the cause and the remedy, and in two weeks he got his sight back.  What I do is a gift from God.  I have tried to teach other health professionals, but they just can't do it, so it has to be a gift.  I thank the Lord for it every day.  I also practice this with myself and my family, and it shows.  We are very healthy and stay that way.  I am 71, but feel 51.  I play tennis 3 times per week and can do 20 pushups.  That is incredible in itself.

Everything has a cause. I find the cause and eliminate it naturally, which allows the immune system to work normally and heal the body.  This is a unique approach that is the opposite of treating symptoms with drugs, or surgery.  The testing method is weird, but it works.  There are machines now that do nearly the same kind of testing.  The personal touch is best, however.

 God Bless!  Mike Carey

Integrative Oncology: Coming Soon via Your Headphones

Healing with music is far from a new idea.  Every civilization in history has used music to heal and cure. However, now we actually have science that explains and proves this.
Music changes the speed at which your brain waves vibrate, which in turn produces different neurochemicals. Your brain’s flexibility helps you create long-term change and even target those changes to specific tasks and goals. If you can trick your brain into producing more of that blood chemistry to bring you up or down, you can actually train it to respond to stressful situations better.  For example, to rewire your brain to relax, you can play nature sounds that calm you, which can be helpful in situations like driving in heavy traffic.

You can also play songs that energize you; songs you exercise to or play before you go out for the night that really pump you up.
Music can help you to relax, energize or help you sleep; you can use the power of sound to fine tune brainwaves so the body re-balances itself.

For the greatest benefit, pay attention of the music actively with headphones rather than having it play in the background.  Live concerts intensify music’s effects the most.  It’s not just the visual effect of seeing the emotions of the musicians, but also the vibrations.  Consider how you “feel” the music in your belly when the music is so intense with vibrations.  Headphones will help you to recreate this activity.
Oncologists are now recommending sound as medicine; or should I say prescribing it to enhance medicine. To boost the efficacy of treatment we need to improve sleep and reduce stress.  Cancer treatment can also zap our energy.  Regardless of the path taken for our cancer, music can heal.

A pioneer in the field of sound healing, Dr Mitch Gaynor has developed Crystal Sonic Therapy™. Take a look at this post: Healing Cancer: One Note at a Time

Caregiver’s Survival Guide: Six Steps to Maintain (or Regain!) Your Sense of Balance

There is no doubt that being a cancer patient is overwhelming at best.  However, we often overlook the toll it takes on our loved ones, our caregivers. The following is a guest post by Theresa Conti.  She shares with us some advice for caregiving.

Finding balance between caring for the needs of your loved one and the needs of yourself may feel like a daunting task. You may feel weighed down with responsibility, and not know where to turn for help or support, or watch as your resources dwindle (emotional, physical, and financial!) and wonder what to make it of all. But don’t despair! There is a solution and it starts with self-care.

Taking time to replenish yourself may seem like a luxury you can ill afford. Yet the investment will be well worth your while and the dividends you receive will keep you feeling energized and smiling. Good medicine for you and the ones for whom you care.

These six simple steps will revolutionize your life and put a little zest in your spiritual bank account:

·         Breathe!
Breathing is simple, yet something we often forget to do when under stress. Holding our breath disrupts our body’s natural rhythm, and when chronic, creates physical, mental and emotional tension.
This following exercise will help to reduce stress and get you back in the flow. But don’t take my word for it. Try it for a month and see for yourself.
To implement, pick an activity you do throughout the day, such as answer the telephone, and use it as a reminder to stop and take note of your breathing. Note if your breath is deep and flowing or short and shallow, and if there is anyplace in your body where you are feeling tight or tense. Next, take three slow deep breaths. Consciously feel your breath as it moves in through your nostrils and out through your mouth. When done, take note of how you feel.  Best of all – breathing is free and can be done anywhere!

·         Get Inspired!
Inspiration feeds the body, mind, and soul. Find something you love – and enjoy it! Read a poem, listen to music or smell a flower on the way to work. Even five minutes a day will do wonders for your mood.

·          Make a Date!
Thank Julia Cameron, author of The Artist’s Way for this one.
Take time once a week to go on a dream date. Yes, yes, I know. Taking time for yourself may seem impossible, but even an hour or two once a week will serve to replenish and energize you. Don’t know what to do? Make a list of things you like to do (or used to!), then block time out in your calendar once a week just for you and do them!  Blocking out time for yourself will bolster your emotional bank account, and leave plenty left over to share! (Note: No work or errands allowed!)

·         Set Boundaries!
Setting boundaries can be tough. We want to please; to do our best.
Yet, maintaining a sense of balance requires that you are clear with yourself and others about what you can and cannot do. Saying “no” or settling limits on how much you can give may feel uncomfortable. However, it also provides an opportunity to heal and grow. (Need some help? Try reading When I Say No, I Feel Guilty by Manuel J. Smith, Ph.D.)

·         Have Fun!
In addition to your weekly dates, be sure to plan something fun on a regular basis. Having fun invigorates, inspires and increases the endorphins that lift our spirits and keeps us feeling strong and healthy.

·         Connect with Others!
Coffee with a friend or a chat on the phone can be medicine for the soul. Apply daily!
